Eligibility You may return unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as:

• The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags intact)

• It's returned in the original packaging

• You include your order number or packing slip

• Your order number

• A brief reason for the return

• A photo (if there’s damage or quality issues)

We’ll send you instructions for shipping the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• The item received differs significantly from your order (e.g., wrong design, wrong product)
